To me, this song speaks to the way so many will try and talk smack about how they are pulling for you, all the while secretly wanting to see you fall. The message comes back to don't dwell on it, move forward and away from the lies.

In my opinion, Helium is a song you can listen to over and over again, it definitely deserves your attention.
