The protection of your privacy is very important to us here at Ignite Radio a subsidiary of Worship Live Ministries 501(c)(3). We value your trust, and want you to understand what information we collect, how we protect it, and how it is used. Personal information—nonpublic information that identifies you—is essential to Ignite Radio in meeting its goal to provide you with our ministry and services and so it will be treated with respect and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Any reference to “Worship Live Ministries or Ignite Radio” within the context of this Privacy Policy is intended, and shall be considered to be inclusive of each and all entities operated by Worship Live Ministries.

Your Purchases

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This enables us to both fulfill and support the products you purchase.

When you browse our site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system so we can better improve the experience for all our users.

With Your Permission

With your permission, we may send you emails about events, new products, and premium content (like blog posts, content articles, YouTube videos, free product offers, live event alerts, etc.), and special announcements. Worship Live Ministries will provide you an opportunity to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link which is offered at the bottom of every email we send.

When you download or use apps created by Worship Live Ministries or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with personalized content and location based interactions. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services. For more information about how to do this, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

You Can Withdraw Your Consent

You may also withdraw your consent anytime, by contacting us through ignite.radio.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, strategic partners or vendors. Again, we take your privacy very seriously.

Our shopping cart solution is ShipStation, which is hosted and managed by Worship Live Ministries. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

How Your Data is Stored

Your data is stored through Ignite Radio’ data storage, databases and the general ShipStation application. Ignite Radio stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Bluefin/PayConex stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

NOTE: At no point during the transaction does Worship Live Ministries take custody or store your credit card information. This is process is monitored and managed by Bluefin/PayConex, and you can read their terms of service, privacy policy and PCI Compliance information by visiting their site at: https://www.bluefin.com/privacy-policy.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

When you click on links on our store or site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Cookies

Ignite Radio utilizes cookies to create a more customized experience for our users and customers. We also use tracking pixels (i.e. Google Analytics) to aid in measuring and tracking where our website traffic is coming from and to track the performance of our site. Finally, we use remarking pixels from Facebook and Google to aid in customized, targeted followup advertising.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We Reserve the Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. INDIE CHRISTIAN SONGWRITING CONTEST

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Each song submitted must be contestant’s original work. Songs may not exceed five (5) minutes in length.
  2. The required entry fee of $25 per song is being waived for this year's Indie Christian Songwriting Competition due to the financial distress caused by COVID-19.
  3. It is Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted song(s) are complete and playable. Worship Live Ministries is not responsible for faulty file uploads accompanying entries. Worship Live Ministries is not responsible for late, misdirected, incomplete, or misappropriated entries.
  4. Songs may have multiple co-writers, but only one name should be designated as the Entrant on the entry form for each submission. You may designate co-writers on the application where noted.
  5. This is an exclusively Christian music songwriting contest and the content of your submission must be in line with the doctrine of Christianity. Worship Live Ministries is specifically looking for songs that are inspirational, Spirit-filled, discipleship-driven, and life giving.
  6. Contest is open to amateur and professional songwriters. A total of six (6) winners will be chosen.
  7. Each song is to be submitted as an individual m4a, mp3, wav, mp4, mpv, mkv, or mov file. Sheet music (if available) and lyrics are to be uploaded, as well. Worship Live Ministries is not responsible for any corrupt files you may submit. Any and all corrupt files will be deleted, and we will attempt to notify the applicant. Any content sent to Worship Live Ministries in conjunction with this contest will not be returned.
  8. By entering the contest through WorshipLive.com, you expressly agree to the Privacy Policy listed on the website.
  9. Worship Live Ministries reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the rules outlined herein with no obligation to the contestant.
  10. All submissions must be received by the specified deadline. All entries are final and irrevocable.
  11. By entering this competition, you hereby give consent to have your song and/or song link posted to the worshiplive.com website, social media platforms, or any equivalent streaming/distribution service where your works are available, YouTube or any other online service for promotional purposes. By submitting any content in conjunction with this contest to Worship Live Ministries, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive license to use, stream, transmit, beam, store, publicly display, translate, reproduce, release, and distribute such content, in any format, whether known or unknown, including the right to use your likeness, persona, logo, trademark, and right(s) of publicity without further compensation to the contestant other than those outlined in these rules and regulations.
  12. By entering the contest, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work and that the content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or business. You further agree to indemnify and hold Worship Live Ministries and all contest sponsors, their subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any part of the entry causes Worship Live Ministries to be liable to another.
  13. Winners will be chosen by a select panel of judges. Songs will be judged based on melody, composition, originality, lyrics, and overall message. See judging criteria used below. The quality of performance and production will not be considered. Incomplete songs will be disqualified. Prizes will be awarded to the Entrant listed on the original application of the winning song(s); division of prizes is the responsibility of winners. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Worship Live Ministries reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
  14. The selection of the winners by Worship Live Ministries and the judges are final and cannot be appealed.
  15. Winners must be eligible and able to travel to receive prize.
  16. Winners will be notified by email and must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/recording rights/publicity release within 14 days of notification date. The affidavit will state that the winner’s song is an original work and he/she hold all rights to the song. Failure to sign and return such affidavit within 14 days or provision of false/inaccurate information therein will result in immediate disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
  17. Affidavits for winners under 18 years of age at time of award must be countersigned by parent or legal guardian.
  18. Affidavits subject to verification by Worship Live Ministries and its agents. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likenesses, and voices for future advertising and publicity purposes.
  19. The contest runs from June 15th, 2020 through December 15th, 2020. Winners will be announced on or prior to March 30th, 2021. Announcements will be sent to the email address provided by each entrant and will also be posted on worshiplive.com, no other notification will be given.   20. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement promptly by negotiation between persons who have authority to settle the controversy. Any party may give the other party written notice of any dispute not resolved in the normal course of business. If not resolved, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be determined EXCLUSIVELY by arbitration in Colorado Springs, Colorado before one arbitrator and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, exclusive of conflict or choice of law rules.
Judging criteria for the contest:Structure and Composition
  • The song has a clear theme or cohesive idea expressed in a new or fresh way
  • The song has clearly identifiable sections, verse, chorus, etc
  • The chord progression should feel natural within the song and move it where it needs to be throughout
  • The song is memorable
  • The song is between 2 to 5 minutes
Lyrics
  • The lyrics evoke an emotional response from the listener
  • The lyrics are singable and memorable
  • The lyrics have an identifiable rhyme scheme or pattern
  • The lyrics have a clear message with a consistent theme
Melody
  • The music and melody adds to the emotional impact of the song
  • The music keeps the listener interested and engaged - is it memorable?
  • The music and lyrics fit together in a cohesive way
  • The music has a great chorus that makes others want to sing along
Message
  • Does the song convey a message of hope, redemption, love, inspiration, or the truth of the gospel?
